This Privacy Policy explains how MarketMuffins LLC (“MarketMuffins,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information in connection with our AI-powered calling agents, chat tools, automation tools, messaging workflows, calendar integrations, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
We may collect business information, contact details, business profile information, call logs, message data, payment-related information, service usage information, calendar connection information, and related analytics needed to operate and support the Services.
The data we collect includes information that you provide to us, such as your business name, contact name, email address, phone number, business address, business website, business hours, services offered, customer communication preferences, and other information submitted through our intake forms, setup flows, calls, chats, or support interactions.
We may collect, or process on behalf of our customers, the following categories of personal data when you use or interact with our products and services: business contact information, customer appointment information, caller information, message content, call transcripts, appointment details, calendar event information, technical logs, usage data, billing-related information, and consent or compliance records.
If you choose to connect a Google Calendar to the Services, we may collect and process Google user data only as needed to provide appointment scheduling functionality. This may include calendar availability, calendar event details, event titles, event dates and times, event descriptions, calendar identifiers, and related scheduling metadata.
We use Google Calendar data only to check availability, prevent double-booking, create appointment events, reschedule appointment events, cancel appointment events, and support appointment workflows requested by the connected business.
MarketMuffins does not use Google Calendar data for advertising, marketing, profiling, resale, or unrelated analytics. We do not request or use Gmail, Google Contacts, Google Drive, Google files, or Google email content.
Google Calendar data may be processed through our calendar integration provider, Nylas, solely to enable calendar connection, availability checks, and appointment event management.
MarketMuffins’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We use information to operate, maintain, improve, secure, and support the Services; process calls and messages; provide customer support; manage billing and subscription activity; monitor performance; support calendar booking workflows; and maintain compliance-related workflows.
We use calendar-related data only to provide scheduling functionality, including checking availability, creating appointments, rescheduling appointments, cancelling appointments, and supporting appointment confirmations or related operational workflows.
We do not use SMS opt-in data or consent data for marketing purposes.
We do not sell personal information, user data, or Google user data.
We do not sell Google Calendar data. Google Calendar data is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the calendar integration and appointment scheduling workflow, and only for those limited purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are strictly excluded from all marketing or promotional data-sharing practices and will not be shared with third parties for those purposes.
We may share information only as necessary with essential service providers and infrastructure partners that help us operate the Services, such as communications providers, payment processors, hosting providers, email providers, calendar integration providers, analytics providers, and artificial intelligence providers. Examples may include providers such as Telnyx, Stripe, Nylas, hosting platforms, and related vendors, solely to the extent reasonably necessary to deliver and support the Services.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, support business operations, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and preserve compliance records.
Calendar connection data and calendar-related scheduling data may be retained while the calendar integration is active or as needed for operational, audit, security, billing, or legal purposes. If a calendar connection is disconnected, we may stop accessing that calendar and may delete or de-identify related data where legally and operationally appropriate.
Users may request deletion of applicable personal data, subject to legal, operational, billing, fraud-prevention, security, and recordkeeping requirements.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. However, no method of transmission, storage, or security is guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Where required by applicable law, users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to legal, operational, billing, fraud-prevention, and recordkeeping requirements.
The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 18 through the Services.
